Let’s have breakfast

Breakfast time is my favorite time.

I love everything about breakfast food, I sometimes even have it for dinner. After eating breakfast I can take my vitamins and I feel like I’ve started my day off productively. Sometimes our busy daily lives prevent us from having breakfast but there are many ways around that. Prepping the night before, making things such as breakfast muffins all you need is eggs and some vegetables and you can reheat it the next day. I like to keep some fruit in Tupperware in my fridge so I can easily grab it and go. Make it easy for yourself.

Here are some of my favorite breakfast foods!

1. Omelette with spinach, tomatoes and guac.

2. Cereal with almond milk

3. Gluten free muffins

4. Peanut butter on gluten free toast

5. Gluten free waffles

6. Banana pancakes – all you need is a banana, an egg, and 1/2 tsp of baking powder. So easy and so tasty.
